Property Preservation

• Lockouts & Lock Changes:

  All locks are keyed to specific codes to prevent unauthorized entry. Complete locksmith services are provided within 48 hrs.

• Winterization & De-Winterization Services:

  A thorough and complete draining of all plumbing and heating systems is done. Then, a non-toxic anti-freeze is added to all of the traps and fixtures, the toilets are taped, and a winterization notice is clearly posted. We are also available to de-winterize property if requested.

• Board Ups:

  Property is boarded up per FHA/HUD guidelines.

• Pool/Spa Drain:

  Drain and/or cover all In ground and Above Ground pools and spas. Padlock on pool gates.

• Janitorial Maintenance Services:

  Interior Cleaning

• Eviction assistance:

  Arrangement made with Sheriff or Bailiff to meet at the appointed time. Upon receiving the OK, personal property is moved to curb or storage as local law requires, and the property is secured as indicated.

Haul Away

Removal and proper disposal of all debris, discarded furniture, and personal effects of interior and exterior of the property. Each room is left in broom clean condition and documented with before and after photos.

Lawn & Residential

Conduct initial and on-going grounds, lawn, and landscaping maintenance services.

Basic service includes moving grass & blowing off all paves areas to include sidewalks, driveways, and patios.

Additional Services: trimming hedges, mulching flower beds, raking & bagging leaves, brush removal.
